Join Chef Ken, Owner & Chef of Alina and his team for a SAKE good experience!
Large selection of Sakes to choose from, below are just a few:
- Ozeki jumai nigori – Characteristics: Ozeki Nigori, a cloudy sake that appears milky-white. Nigori—unfiltered sake retains some of the rice sediment in the bottle.
- Sparkling Sake – combines sweetness and acidity that refresh as bubbles burst in your mouth a low alcohol alternative to regular sake that will surprise you!
- Hakutsuru Shoune JDGJ Sake – SHO-UNE, meaning “soaring clouds”, is a supreme Japanese saké using only the finest rice. This velvety smooth saké has fruity aromas and can be enjoyed chilled or at room temperature.
- Kinokuniya Bunzaemon Junmai – It is a slowly brewed junmai ginjoshu made from “Omachi” rice, which gives a rich and aromatic flavor, and “Yamadanishiki” rice, which gives body to the sake. It is characterized not by a dazzling fragrance but by a gentle taste consisting of a full-bodied savory flavor and sourness.
We cannot forget about the food, some of our favorite items are:
- Confit Duck Gyoza – Crispy Pan-Fried with Ginger Teriyaki Sauce
- Wasabi Prawn Tempura – Wasabi Citrus Aioli, Kabocha Squash, Lotus Loot
- Confit Duck & Foie Gras Roll – Avocado and Duck, Tuna Tartare and seared Foie gras on top
