Once you arrive you will be greeted by Sabine, the wife of Chef Bastian, and taken up the stairs to La Villa Hibiscus where the setting and views are incomparable to anywhere else on the Island.
Sabin was, born on the Island of St. Martin and was previously a nurse in France. Her husband, Chef Bastian from France, trained in some of the best French restaurants in the world (Joel Robuchon** and Anne Sophie Pic***). Together they will serve you what we call art on a plate. You will admire the details of the presentation even before you delight in the flavors.
