In the hands of Dylan Wagner, the General Manager and Mallory Leroux, the Chef de Cuisine and their team, your experience at La Cigale will be unforgettable.

Dine at the sunset hour, for stunning Lagoon front views with your feet in the sand.

Our favorite appetizers are the lobster, ceps mushroom and foie gras ravioli cooked in a lobster bisque soup and the duck foie gras “La Cigale chef”.

Just like us, you will have a difficult time selecting your main as everything sounds divine! We had the roasted duck breast stuffed with morels mushrooms, served with its homemade mashed potatoes with truffle oil and cognac sauce and the seared sea scallops with salt flower flavored with beech wood on its leek fondue, and vegetables.

Vegetarian and vegan plates are available as well!

You do need to remember to leave room for desserts as not only is the presentation beautiful but the taste of them is even better! We had « La Cigale » Macaroon, fresh raspberries and its vanilla cream and the crunchy almonds tiles, chocolate and praline mousse and caramel sauce.
