Bel Amour is a modern newly constructed villa with 6 bedrooms, 6 en-suite bathrooms, located in the gated community of Tamarind Hill Estates. The villa has spectacular views of the Atlantic ocean and of the neighboring islands of St. Kitts, Saba, and St. Barths. Bel Amour is just minutes from Dawn Beach, Guana Bay Beach, 15 minutes from famous Orient Bay Beach and 20 minutes away from Grand Case which is known as the gastronomic capital of the Caribbean.
The six beautiful bedrooms are all accessed from inside of the villa and they all have en-suite bathrooms. Three bedrooms have ocean views and the other three bedrooms have garden views. All of the bedrooms have their own tv with channels, mini-fridge, water kettle, and safe. Three bedrooms have king-sized beds and the other three bedrooms have queen-sized beds.
The large living room offers several living areas where everyone can find their place. There are two dining areas with glass tables, two sitting-areas with black and white sofas and a small red salon where you can enjoy your coffee or cocktail. In addition to that, there is a large video projector and sound system with interior integrated speakers that can, at your convenience, turn the living room into a movie theatre. You will also find, in the living room, impressive bookshelves with a wide selection of books.
The gourmet black and red kitchen has exquisite grey granite and black marble countertops with modern deluxe Bosh and Smeg stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is very well equipped and perfect for cooking gourmet meals. Some of the kitchen appliances are a SMEG cooking piano with 3 electrical stoves, 7 burners, and teppanyaki grill, a Masterchef Moulinex Robot, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a full supply of China.
The large living room sliding glass doors open onto a spacious outdoor covered terrace and pool area with a wooden deck. The vast terrace provides you with a comfortable sitting and dining area where you enjoy the view on St. Barths. There is also a jacuzzi on the covered section of the terrace. The 18-meter long infinity-edge pool with its changing colors creates a magical atmosphere by night.
