This lovely villa, very well located on the Friendly Island St.Maarten, was designed to enjoy luxury island living.

As you enter the property you will be amazed by the breathtaking views!

You will see the large lush garden and the roofed parking area (4 cars can park inside the property easily), before you enter the house.

In the main house you will find a spacious living room with large sliding doors, a great gourmet kitchen complete with all appliances- even a double oven - and an outside terrace looking over the turquoise waters below. The views go down to Philipsburg on one side, the cruise ships right in front, and over the open ocean to the left.

Downstairs one will find three beautifully decorated air-conditioned bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Happy Ridge consists not only of the main house but also two studio apartments each with its own newly installed kitchens, air conditioning, and offering a different angle of the amazing views.

The complete villa can accommodate up to 10 persons comfortably, is very private, and offers a great sense of security.

The villa is near Phillipsburg, St. Maarten's Dutch side capital, and is within walking distance from the shops on Front Street and the beach.
