We tried the HOMEMADE LOBSTER AND MUSHROOM RAVIOLI SERVED IN A CHICKEN BROTH WITH TRUFFLE OIL & the MAHI-MAHI TARTAR TRILOGY: PERUVIAN, THAÏTIAN AND CREOLE ”STYLE” as appetizers.
Followed by the ROASTED SEA SCALLOP WITH SMOKED DUCK BREAST CARPACCIO, SERVED WITH CREAMY LENTILS AND FOIE GRAS SAUCE & the SEARED TUNA STEAK COATED WITH SESAME SEEDS SERVED WITH MANGO CITRUS SALAD AND TERIYAKI SAUCE.
You should always leave room for dessert, especially for the RUM BABA!

Vegetarian Spring Rolls
Our favorite starter is the Vegetarian Spring Rolls with avocado, carrot, onion, seaweed, apple, lemon, mint and soy. You cannot get anything more refreshing than this on a beautiful sunny day.
A selection of salads, tartars, meats, and fish with sides are available. If the special dessert is the Ferrero Rocher ice cream cake, do not leave the table without getting this dessert! Spend the afternoon on the beach chairs of Le Temps des Cerises floating and swimming in the ocean.
